Preparing for your far infrared sauna
Drink Water
Drink at least 3 glasses of water or coconut water. Water will also be given to you to take into the sauna.
Take a shower
Take a shower before your visit and don't apply deodorant, or lotions/creams to any part of your body. This will block your pores and won't allow you to sweat/detox
What to wear
Cotton underwear. Your space is private and it's a great idea to have as much skin exposed as possible. Underwear is to be worn for hygiene reasons. You will be given a towel and a robe.
After your Sauna
You may feel super relaxed or super energised. The sauna has just raised your core temperature, which is important for healing and immune support. I recommend you don't shower for at least 12 hours. While your muscles are warm and your circulation is flowing, why not follow your sauna with a Spinal Flow Session or a massage
